All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Source identities and unpublished story drafts are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Story drafts and content are retained according to your plan's history limits. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@anchordesk.co.

AnchorDesk is designed to assist journalists and newsrooms with editorial workflows. You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable journalism ethics standards and laws. You are responsible for the accuracy and editorial judgment of all published content, regardless of whether AI-assisted drafting was used.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create using AnchorDesk. We do not claim ownership of your stories, drafts, or editorial content. The AnchorDesk platform, including its AI models, software, and design, remains the property of AnchorDesk Media Inc..
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Breaking news doesn't wait, and neither should your tools.
Limitation of Liability
AnchorDesk provides AI-assisted tools to support editorial workflows. We are not liable for editorial decisions, published content accuracy, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated drafts. All content should be reviewed by qualified journalists before publication.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
